Refund policy

Important: Please read the return policy carefully. There are no exceptions, as by accepting the terms and conditions when making a purchase, you agree to these rules.

Product returns:

  • Deadline: You have 30 days from receipt of the product to return it. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, unused and in its original packaging. Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  • Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, some products are non-returnable, such as underwear, socks, and certain body care products.
  • Starting the process: To return a product, send an email to info@sophia-daugthers-boutique.com with your order number, reason for return, photo of the product if it is damaged, and your contact information.

Refunds:

  • Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will send you an email confirming or rejecting your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Delayed or missing refunds: If you haven't received your refund after 30 days, first check your bank account. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@sophiandmae.com.

Costs:

  • Return costs: Shipping and packaging costs: Returns: All customers are responsible for the costs of returning products. We recommend sending returns using a Track & Trace service, as we are not responsible for lost shipments. Returns must be sent to China, and shipping costs start at €20 and are borne by the customer.

Exceptions:

  • Defective or incorrect products: Upon receipt of a defective or incorrect product, we will send a new product free of charge. If the defect persists on the second attempt, we will refund the full purchase price.
  • Cancellation: Due to our automated system, orders cannot be canceled after shipment.
